For a major U.S. cable operator, Sand Cherry led the project team that created the go-to-market strategy for launching a mobile broadband/wireless data product. Our role included the development of specifications, business rules, branding, pricing & packaging, and enhancements/extensions roadmap for the product, including the design and execution of quantitative and qualitative market research. Sand Cherry also managed the creation of all marketing collateral and packaging materials, and developed the digital marketing strategy to increase the product's online marketing & sales impact.
